Hi-Tech Polymers O-Rings are manufactured on a hydraulic press with tightly controlled temperature, Pressure and time which ensures accurate dimensions, glossy finish, invisible flash line, properly post cured and absolutely defect free. These O-rings are also manufactured as per the dimensional tolerance specified by the customers and available from NBR, Neoprene, Butyl, Poly-acrylic , EPDM, Hapalon, Viton, Silicone Rubber or in any other rubber as per customers specification. . | Viton Gaskets - RH Nuttall Limited produce and supply a wide range of viton gaskets. Viton gaskets can be supplied in any shape from simple round or square designs to a viton gasket with numerous holes and slots cut out of it in a bespoke design. RH Nuttall Limited manufacture viton gaskets for very high temperature applications. Our viton gaskets can operate continuously in excess of 200c (dependant on grade), with intermittent temperature prevail as high as 300c. Our viton gaskets have excellent resistance to chemical attack by oxidation, many acids as well as numerous fuels. Viton rubber is a high end specification material where sealing against strong acids and temperatures is of paramount importance. Our viton gasket products also have a good resistance to oil applications at low temperatures, however at a high operating temperature they prove a weak resistance. It is always essential to choose the correct grade of rubber when selecting a gasket material and where applications involving steam and/or hot water or methanol, resistance to sealing is poor.
